One size doesn’t fit all and one menu doesn’t work for everyone either. At times the art of catering can turn to the notion of “pick one from this list” and “choose two from here.” The rat race of our lives can transcend into our work and potentially pull our creativity out from under us and push us into the order taking mentality. We recognize this at The Club and put 100% of our efforts toward never allowing this attitude to manifest. The beauty of being a small, private club is that we have the opportunity to work one on one with our clients and build relationships that are more than just order taking. With all of our catering done in-house, Our Executive Chef, Josh Harris, has the flexibility to stretch the limits and get creative with his cooking. We are proud to have the opportunity to go out of the box allowing our food paired with your creative suggestions to truly shine. Around The Club, Josh is known for his tagline, “What do you want?” Our facility allows us to offer a personal touch on all that we create and opportunity for our clients to sit one on one with Josh and tell him exactly what they want.
Where is the fun in monotony? When planning an event, don’t be shy to push the limits and ask for something that is not listed on the catering packet. Being imaginative sparks interest with your caterer, your chef and your guests allowing you to place your personal touch on your event. The hospitality industry is exciting because it revolves around people, food, beverage and entertainment, so keep it fun! Be creative, push the boundaries and allow your ideas to leap off the structured menu!
