When it comes to sandwiches, restaurants are no longer only competing with other restaurants but the consumers themselves. Now more than ever consumers are becoming more creative with their at home recipes and are creating gourmet sandwiches on their own rather than ordering them from a restaurant. At The Club, we recognize the call for something new and fresh and we are excited to take on the challenge! Our Executive Head Chef, Josh Harris along with our kitchen staff and catering department have been hard at work reinventing our sandwich menu by bettering our culinary techniques and the uniqueness and quality of the ingredients used in our sandwiches.
Fresh Roasted Turkey & Spinach Wrap with Candied Walnuts, Feta & Diced Tomato
The days of deli meat sandwiches flying from the kitchen have passed. Consumers are raising their standards and looking for sandwiches offering house-made breads & spreads, homegrown vegetables and fresh roasted meats. Our goal is to offer our members all of the above. While preparing our new Turkey Wrap and The Faculty Club sandwich we lightly marinate & roast whole turkeys and chicken breasts, chill the meat, thickly slice it, then toss it in the specific sandwich’s marinade. Cutting corners isn’t an option in our kitchen. The emphasis on quality and making an artisan sandwich starts from the very beginning. From using fresh vegetables grown in Chef Josh Harris’s personal garden, to combining the flower and eggs while making fresh naan bread, no detail is over looked. Our kitchen staff is also in the process of learning how to make a larger variety of breads and is enthusiastic about their new found skills.

Preparing the elements of our meals in-house and offering our Buckeye Approved lunch menu items allows guests the opportunity to enjoy healthy meals without having to skimp on good flavor and overall satisfaction.
