Summer time. The time of year to rejoice in the sun’s warm rays, enjoy time in the pool, and to get out and experience all the outdoors have to offer. Another thing this time of year is perfect for? Grilling out! This is the season that the charcoal is lit and the grills come out to play.
In fact, next Friday, July 8th, The Faculty Club will be celebrating summer with our Steak Night Second Friday Dinner! For our members looking for a relaxing night out with a four course meal, they’ll find it right here at The Club. Chef will be starting the night with a Watermelon Gazpacho with Crumbled House-Made Queso. Following the soup course will be a refreshing Summer Vegetable and Potato Salad with a Shiitake-Tarragon Vinaigrette. The star of the night, of course, is the Char-Grilled 10 oz Ribeye that Chef Harris will be grilling on the patio and serving up with Summer Succotash, Chive Whipped Potato, and a Golden Onion Marmalade. To finish the night out, enjoy a delicious take on a childhood summer favorite, House-Made Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches!
